The same espresso bar goes to all five of these. What changes is the hour it matters, how fast the queue arrives, and what the rest of the day needs from us.
Everything is built into the back of a 4x4: a commercial espresso machine, a grinder, our own power and our own water. That is the whole difference. A wheeled cart stops where the tarmac stops, which on this coast is usually the car park — so the coffee ends up a five-minute walk from the part of the day that needed it. We drive to the spot instead: the farm track up to the masia, the trailhead at the top of the climb, the loading bay behind the stand.
